Mads Pedersen (Lidl-Trek) moved back into the pink jersey on stage three after claiming a second stage win of the race in Valona.
The Dane wrestled the lead back from Primož Roglič (Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe) on day three after the Slovenian had moved into pink following his second place in the stage 2 time trial at Tirana.
Pedersen also leads the points classification ahead of Alessandro Tonelli (Team Polti VisitMalta), who picked up points from the breakaway on stages one and three.
Lorenzo Fortunato (XDS-Astana) moved into the lead of the mountains classification on day three, taking the lead from Belgian Sylvain Moniquet (Cofidis), while Pedersen's Lidl-Trek teammate Mathias Vacek continues to lead the young rider's competition and Lidl-Trek lead the team classification.
